We are excited to share the latest progress from the Busiga Project, where two cornerstone developments—a cement factory and a wharf—are moving forward with great momentum. Located in the heart of Finschhafen, Morobe Province, these infrastructure projects are paving the way for long-term economic growth and sustainable development in the region.

Leadership Visit and Site Activities

A recent visit by our Managing Director, Mr. Allan Guo, along with senior engineers Mr. Wang Bing and Mr. Li Min from our partner China Harbor, marked a key milestone in the project.

The delegation conducted a full inspection of the site, evaluated construction strategies, and provided expert guidance on the wharf's engineering design.

Despite challenging sea conditions, the team completed a three-hour yacht journey to reach Busiga Camp. On arrival, they immediately began hands-on assessments to ensure our designs align with site conditions, the local environment, and long-term durability.

Innovative Technology in Action

To enhance planning accuracy, a high-resolution drone survey was launched by our technician, Mr. Zou Qian. The drone captured aerial imagery and key terrain data, which will be used to create a detailed 3D model of the site. This model will guide all aspects of construction, safety planning, and logistical coordination.

What We're Working On

Our team is currently focused on the following development areas:

  • Cement Factory Construction—Leveraging local mineral resources to create a high-efficiency production facility.

  • Wharf Development—Engineering a modern, resilient wharf designed to meet coastal and operational demands.

Upcoming Milestones

  • Expansion of site clearance areas

  • Completion of 3D modeling for the project design

  • Coastal study on wave patterns and current flow to support Wharf sustainability

Community Partnerships

The progress we’re making wouldn’t be possible without the strong support of the local communities in Busiga and neighboring villages. From assisting with groundwork to sharing knowledge of the terrain and traditions, community members are playing an active role in the project.

We are committed to ensuring this project brings lasting benefits to local residents through:

  • Job creation and skills development

  • Transparent communication and community engagement

  • Respect for local culture and the environment

Looking Ahead

As we continue to build, we’re not just developing infrastructure—we’re laying the foundation for opportunity, resilience, and shared success. We thank all our partners, engineers, and stakeholders for their dedication, and we look forward to the next chapters of growth in Finschhafen.
